Here at Glendorgal Hotel we have our own fully equipped leisure club offering a gym, fitness arena, swimming pool, steam room, hot tub and solarium.
For guests staying at Glendorgal Newquay Hotel, the entrance to the Leisure Club is included in the cost of your stay and is open every day from 7am until 9pm. Children under 16 are welcome to use the Glendorgal Hotel swimming pool but must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that there is not an instructor available in the Health Club.
