A bit belated I know, but now I am back in the relative peace and quiet of Dubai, relative that is to a houseful of women organizing a wedding! I now have time to write to thank you and your team for the truly wonderful day you, and they, helped to create on the 1st May.
We had a great time from first to last, and by that I do mean from the very first time that we met you for the original look at the hotel; through all the planning stages; the inevitable final touches required by the bride and the other women in my family. There are also so many other times when your staff exceeded our expectations by such a huge margin: the dinner where we came to introduce Scotts parents to the hotel and when Penny was so accommodating and gave us an impromptu wine tasting, the day itself, and how every one was just so obliging, and Penny and her staff served cheerfully in the face of the inevitably increased drunken, raucous wedding guests, including at least one who I fear made somewhat of an idiot of himself, but who was handled with calm diplomacy by Penny late in the evening.
Even the following morning when Scott and Leanne's temporary tragedy struck with the cancellation of their honeymoon plans to go to Thailand, your staff were so accommodating allowing them to sit in the corner of the dinning room while they tried to re-organise their plans via your WiFi, your staff patiently laid up for your next wedding around us all without stress or harassment.
Working and spending much of my time here in Dubai and the Middle East, I experience hotels and restaurants who claim to be among the finest in the world, but I think they could all learn a lesson or two from you and your team at the Glendorgal. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to every one of them; those we met, and those who worked away behind the scenes.

You made me feel so secure about the arrangements for the day that I didnt need to worry about anything. Your staff provided us with so much beautiful food that none of my guests went hungry. "We had a wonderful short break in July stopping in the Glendorgal Hotel. During our 3 night break we found the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location, views and access to local beaches was fantastic. Breakfast in the Watermark Restaurant was a pleasure - looking out over Porth Beach and the headland...a really restful start to each day. Whilst we didn't get around to using the health club and spa facilities, the staff were happy to give a short guided tour and all looked clean and well run. A return trip, hopefully a little longer, will be something to look forward to." Debbie & Adrian
"On the 2nd of June I had my wedding at the Glendorgal Hotel,we didn't have fantastic weather but the views from the hotel were still superb. Neither my husband or I could've wished for a better venue and the 60 guests that travelled down from Nottingham all said what a wonderfull place it was."
